How we work
When something goes right, there are several factors involved to the success. You never know exactly which factors affect the result and to what extend. Some of our customers regularly provide us with feedback with respect to the way we work. We gathered some of this information and we placed them below. According to these customers, our success is related to the following: We are good listeners We constantly listen to our customers. We listen carefully, we try to understand before being understood. We know that there are lots of things we don't know and others which we don't understand. So we listen, analyze and try to understand. We are rarely satisfied Having the habit of aiming high, we are rarely satisfied with what we do. This is true even when our customers are fully satisfied.

We are a learning organization We heavily invest on our own training in the US and UK. We experiment to produce better training results. We interview our customers and we learn from consultants who are active in other countries. We analyze both achievements and errors There is no doubt that in life we do things which are right and others which are wrong. We analyze both, putting more emphasis on the former ones. We learn more from our achievements and those of others than from errors, mistakes, omissions. We walk the talk Since we specialize in teaching management, we believe we should apply what we teach. There are few achievements on which we are proud, like being creative, plan projects, business and our own life. We build and maintain excellent human relationships. Many of our relationships last for 10, 20 or even 30 years. We walk the talk with respect to control stress and show the way to hundreds of people.
